Purex Insiders Product Review- Fels Naptha

As a Purex Insider, I was chosen to test out the amazing product Fels-Naptha Laundry Bar & Stain remover and blog about my experience. In exchange for my product review, Purex Insiders sent a full size sample for me to try out and coupons for a FREE BAR for my blog readers. The opinions here are my own.

I must admit, before trying out this product, I had never heard of this product and really didn't know what to expect from a "bar" stain remover. My family and I are avid users of a name-brand spray stain remover, and I have always loved that product. I had very low expectations for this product.

Upon opening the product, I realized it reminded me of a bar of soap. Don't mistaken it for soap though! LOL It's not! Fels-Naptha has a great smell to it. The bar is yellow. The amazing thing about this product is how you can use it. You can either wet the stain and rub the bar on it, or you can shave the bar and sprinkle the shavings in the wash. I chose to shave the bar and added it to my laundry.

As you can see in the image above, my husband's jeans were dingy and had some staining on them, as did several other pairs of jeans from my husband and our little boy. I added the shavings to the wash, and I waited....

Once I opened the washing machine, I was amazed at how good it smelled! I pulled out the jeans I was washing, and voila! The stains were gone! I was highly impressed with this product! Not even the name-brand spray stain remover we normally use has ever been able to get our jeans THAT clean!

In my honest opinion, this smell-good yellow bar of wonders is amazing! I am so glad that I was able to try it out and review it!
